We phoned Saturday Morning at 3h42 the call centre to report that there is people in the veld watching the complexes. Every time they see lights of a car they kill the fire. They said they will send somebody. At 4h20 still nobody came. We phoned again. The lady at the call centre said, she did give it through to the response cars, but they are just busy with an alarm that went off. First of all, do they only have one response car? Then I phoned the police "112" they connect me to them. The lady asked me "don't you have security at your complex?" I said yes, but he can't go there alone" she said that "surely he have a panic button if something might happen" she heard that I weren't to happy with that answer and said she will send someone out. Well still today nobody came from either. Later one guy walked down the street and not long after a bakkie came hooting from the bottom (I suppose to signal the others he is coming), picked the others up and went off. How can we feel safe if it is left in their hands? Add a new Dunmar Security Report Inappropriate report?
