I am the chairperson of a 201 unit complex whom is frustrated with them. They replied via email that it is not there duty to check if the fence is working, it it the trustees duty. Come on, this is there tools to secure the complex. That means if something goes wrong tomorrow and there is a breach they will most certainly deny responsibility saying that the fence does not work so how can they be reasonable for that breach of the perimeter. Harry does not even answer the phone when I phone him, he has an attitude of just living out the contract, not behaving honorable and withing the mindset of reasonable expectation. DO NOT GET THEM, they are dishonest, try to shift responsibility and and has not backbone, YOU WILL REGRET IT. You will be back on Hello Peter to re affirm this point I made here. From all the providers that I deal with they are the worst, they should be removed from the security industry for they give it a bad name |
