I have been a member of Discovery Health for years and recently i have found their customer service to be the best i have experienced from any big corporation. It is such a pleasure to deal with the people at the call centre. Such a breath of fresh air to know that if you have a problem or a query you can make one phone call and the people you deal with are happy and willing to help you. Thank you! I wish other big corporations could take a page out of Discovery Health's book. |
