Since finding out that i was pregnant i have contacted the call centre three times and each time the consultant was super helpful. It is such a pleasure to finally deal with people who sound cheerful as if you are the only person who has called them all day. My claims have also been settled promptly which in all honestly I never expected. So thank you for helping me so much with this part of my pregnancy, its been one less thing to worry about. |
