I received a letter in the post stating I was listed on ITC for not paying funds on exit of the scheme. This obviously poses a quiet a problem but more so for me as my occupation requires a clear ITC report. I spoke to Shanelle from the collections call centre in Durban who was extremely friendly and helpful. I was astonished by how quickly she resolved the problem. I asked her if she could pop me a mail stating that I have been removed of ITC, she not on mailed me what I required but she had the listing removed whilst I was on the phone with her. Its not very often that you are wowed but a truly customer centric approach especially from a call centre but I can safely say Shanelle really has done herself and the brand extremely well. Thank you Shanelle for you fabulous work. |
