I recently went for an operation and I am pleased with the service that I have received from Discovery. I called in last week and authorization was loaded immediately with no issue. Agent was completely professional and empathetic. I received numerous text messages wishing me well for my procedure and I feel that just shows how much they value us as members. All my claims where paid in full without any issues. Thank you so much Discovery Health |
