What started off as a bit of a painful experience getting my claims processed is definitely getting better. Thanks to Sherizaan Khan and Zayd Suleman, it seems that I am getting my claims processed. What prompted me to make a mention on HP was that they have actively sent follow up emails to inform me of the progress. This is really what you want from a company - a decent level of feedback on an issue. Thanks. |
