| i've been with discovery for over 5 years and toook out vitality as well to start training at Planet fitness. i eventualy moved on to go work for discovery and i got injured badly and had to stop my training for a couple of months and also whent back to the old company that i worked for before. when i wanted to start my training again discovery cancelled my contract at the gym telling me that my medical aid got cancell when i changed jobs. DISCOVERY I CAME TO WORK FOR YOU ****** WHY WOULD I WANNA CHANGE MEDICAL AIDS? i also told them that i wasnt aware of my medical aid being cancelled and i asked them numarous times to transfer my medical aid and they kept telling me i dont need to worry they will sort it out. i now need to start with my training again BUT I CANT CAUSE THANKS TO DISCOVERY MY GYM CONTRACT IS CANCELLED!!!!!! | |||

Hello franks1002, Thank you for your comment. I have tried to contact you, but unfortunately I could not reach you. Your vitality benefit was cancelled effective 31 August 2011. Your new Health membership was activated on the 01 November 2011, without Vitality.
