wrong infomation supplied

I called my medical aid this morning to find out if i can change my plan. I spoke to this guy that was very nice. i explained to him that i just found out that i am pregnant and need to upgrade my plan so that i can be able to go to any gyne or any hospital. told him that there is a new hopital that is opposite my house. He told me that i have until month end to do that.said i can change to antone that i want. told him i needed to speak to my husband and he assured me that its fine to change i can call discovery later and change.i called later and spoke to wesley and he said he will let me call me back, i waited and called again to change, spoke to mbuso, who said there is no way i can change my plan.i am so furious that i have been calling the whole day spending a lot of money for nothing. i just feel this is not a good service at all.i was promised something that later was changed and there is no compasion watsoever after that.y can i not just change whenever i want.this is a very serious matter to me.SHOULD I GIVE BIRTH ON THE ROAD WHILE GETTING MYSELF TO SAXONWOLD HOSPITAL, WHEREELSE THERE IS A HOSPITAL ACROSS THE ROAD.JUST MY MEDICAL AID DOES NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE RIGHT INFORM.

Over the Moon: I really am grateful to discovery, they handled this very well.the lady that i spoke to, shereen was very kind and listened to my complain. it is great to deal with a company like this. the way she explained the procedure to me, really was very impressed.
