R312 vs R1800 payment per month

I have been served with a documents advising me that I have been listed by Discovery due to me not corresponding with them. I as a client of Discovery feel that I have been unfairly listed and this has caused problem in my life.From June I have been communication with your call centre and have requested this matter to be resolved but to not avail. Last week I spoke to a team leader (Damian) regarding this matter and he advised that he will get back to me on Tuesday @ 14h00-15h00, like any other consultant that did not do what is required for them (work) he didnt. He promised that he will listen to all the calls and ensure that if I'm incorrectly listed (which I am) he will ensure that this is asking off and corrected.I trusted one of your agents to do the right thing by ensuring that my membership is transferred from Hollard to Santam as per my request and he advised that "yes, mam there will be no problem in us doing that". The next thing I get letters advising me that I owe money. I phoned and advised of this error and problem I have, for months I followed up. Spoke to Lucy, who listen to my query and promised to call back...and Im still waiting. So much for customer service.

Thank you for your comment.

I investigated your query and confirmed that your membership was withdrawn effective the 30 June 2011.Your Medical Savings is provided like a loan, we provide the funds to you upfront in the beginning of the year. You would then pay back these funds with your monthly contribution. You have spent more MSA than what you contributed and therefore there was an amount owing to the scheme. We have sent communication to you to confirm the amount owing however we did not receive payment. We placed the listing on the 9 December 2011.

You paid us this amount on the 25 Janaury 2012. We have since sent you a paid up letter and confirmed that your name has been delisted.
