duscovery, we would rather you suffer

It's been 6 months now. I was on the correct colestrol meds as all others caused joint pain and loss of limb usage then found the correct one which had no side effects and managed the cholertrol.
But discovery refuse to pay saying we did not follow their approved course, so we go back to the required discovery meds, suffering and pain, proving it does not work, we then change to the next and the sane issues.

GP then prescribes what worked before, discovery reject.
We then pay again for a specialist who finds the same and sends reports to discovery and issues prescription.

Discovery now again declube. honestly I am ****** off, I jumped through your hoops, in pain most of the time and now after all the pain and suffering and medical costs I am back to where I was before.

This is criminal.

Now I have to pay yet again for another prescription to make discovery happy.

This is criminal behaviour and unethical guys.

I have been a loyal customer since 1994. What does that count for, bs.

Sort this bs out or I will gladly take my business elsewhere, i have been jerked around enough

As discussed, I submitted your case to the Clinical Review panel and your medication has been reviewed based on the clinical data that we have received. I have confirmed the final decision and you may collect your medication from your pharmacy.

Quite Impressed: After the explosion they then looked into it and it was all approved in full.
This proves its not hard to get done, why should the client have to explode to get Discovery to do their job.
They had the specialists report but only actioned it after my explosion.

Clients are people and not account numbers, its essential to realise this.
