Went to the Pharmacy to collect my wife's hypertension meds. I was told to pay for them, why? the pharmacist phoned Discovery and was told that her meds were no longer on the list. Long storey short, I was not informed at all that my wifes meds had changed what now? Go to the Dr and get a prescription pay R280 00 and then one does not Know if it will be O.K ? I commend the girls at the Shoprite Medirite in Welkom THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!! NOT LIKE Discovery PIET NEUHOFF |

Please discuss the formulary with the treating doctor and forward us a copy of the new prescription so we may update the medication on system. Lungi gives good feedback, she does not pass the buck and place the blame on the member, but sorts out the problem, not like Danette who puts the onus on me ,i.e I must check each year if the meds are on the list.. how must I know this? gee whiz She did not even check to see if I had received the communication regarding the change, Lungi did !!!
