| I have been querying my Vitality status and years on vitality with Discovery /Vitality as this has a direct impact on the amount of payback on my Discovery Credit Card with items purchased at partner stores. It took me 5 min to figure out that there was a mistake./ After 2 weeks they have come back to me to say that I was right and they will refund in the next 2-3 days. 3 days are over and I have also requested that they look at last years paybacks, but haven't heard anything. It is quite sad that I spend R10 000 on products with discovery and another 30 - 50k per month on my card. I am also on Diamond status, but yet, every year I have the same issues. I am not suppose to be their watchdog and this action of discovery Card is frauduelent and I am contemplating of taking further that just hellopeter. Last years paybacks are also incorrect | |||
