On the 23rd September 2010 i sent an e-mail to discovery to claim my money back,no response from them,i then made a follow up on the following dates 07/10/10,18/12/10,11/01/11,15/06/11,28/01/12 and the last attempt was on the 03/02/12.How long should a person wait to get a response,they do have a system on place but its not working at all cos there is no response at all.This is now a third year waiting to be refunded and amount of R795,00 which i paid over the counter at the doctor in Tzaneen.At least yesterday i phoned and enquired about the progress and was assisted by Sonique who was very helpful who called Tzaneen practice and they promised to get back to her yesterday and am still hoping for the best. Discovery should really review their system because you get a response via e-mail saying we have received your claim and will do a follow up but they do not do that until i called and find out,am really unhappy about the system.They should at least get someone who will monitor it to make our lives easy.I really need a feedback ASAP. |
