I would just like to compliment the manager for the composure shown with regards to the incident that took place earlier today. while I waiting for a cashier , a man being served by a cashier totally lost it because his bank card didn't go through, he shouted at the loyalty lady and the cashier, the manager then tried to calm the customer down, the customer then reacted by swearing at the manager and pointing his finger in the manager's face. The manager kept calm and really tried his best to keep the situation under control. WELL DONE! |
