on the 1st of December, i went to Dichem in Norwood Mall to find gift packs. they were sold out. a staff member immediatly called Nicole and Nicole with the help of a male staff member very quickly offered to order it. when ordered, Nicole offered to wrap it as well (BONUS). i needed more gift packs and called for order and even tho i ordered 2days before the collection, she has made a plan to arrange. now if that is not customer service at its best, then i have no idea what is! she saved my time, my effort and money when offered to wrap it! mom's at Nkosi's will deffenitly feel the love gone in to the prep of these gifts. Best Dischem iv experienced and i would suggest Dischem keeps Nicole and her close staff happy, cause that is what make any business valuable, the staff! Thank You Nicole! |
