| i am very impressed with the way that this store handled my complaint. I bought an Oral B toothbrush from them, which unfortunately wouldn't charge, when i took it back they gave me a choice whether i want a refund or exchange, i chose to exchange for a new one, and they gave it to me at the reduced rate since it was bought on sale. | |||
