Hello jmap, Thank you for contacting us. I have been in contact with Gavin Mumford who has informed me that you were contacted on the 18th January and you were informed that Gavin had made arrangements to get the E-Cigarette on the weekend of the 4 February 2012 from Liep from Norwood branch as he would be attending a conference in Gauteng and that on the 8th February he would return with the product. Gavin would contact you to collect the product from the store when he arrived. As per our telephone conversation earlier today you were aware that Gavin would collect the product when he attended the conference in Gauteng however you were not aware of the date.
