| I was frustrated recently that I couldn't find an advertised item at four Dis-Chem branches. After submitting a complaint on the company's website, I was contacted by Carin, who assured me that more stock of the item had been ordered and that she would keep one aside for me. Two days later, she emailed to let me know that the stock had arrived and that I could collect my items from the Customer Service desk. After the initial frustration of not being able to find stock, I am super impressed with the way Dis-Chem dealt with the matter. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Carin and Dis-Chem! | |||
