Cindy really went the extra mile to resolve issues with Discovery messing things up. She spent 3 days communicating with me as we had to fiddle things to get the chronic claims through properly. She spent several phone calls herself to Discovery to get stuff sorted out that Discovery had messed up. I seriously recommend Cindy for at least a 13th and 14th cheque. She is making the Dischem name awesome. In addition there was a special on in the branch for one of the supplements I take. A buy one get one free special offer. The Dischem staff picked a bottle from the special offer, and I got one free - with delivery that is going the extra mile. That means that even with delivery - special offers still credit the customer. Dischem Rules! I recommend to all my friends to use Dischem for their pharmacy needs. |

| Over the Moon: Every response you give on Hello Peter is a personalized response. Not a canned response. That means you have read my post. I have posted to all my friends on Facebook to use Dischem instead of other pharmacies. Making the move to Dischem many years ago was the best move I could have made. (PS my post on FB to use Dischem has attracted many "Likes" and positive comments.) Good service is being rewarded by positive word of mouth advertising from me, and always will be. | |||
