A big Thank You to Ernst Schoeman, Store Manager of DisChem Vaal Mall. I place an order for baby items for a friend residing in the area on the 30th Nov. Ernst confirmed the order with ** Banking details on the 1st Dec and I effected payment on the 2nd Dec. Payment would have reflected on their banking statement, by Monday 5th Dec. Can you believe it is now the 12th of Dec (my friend since gave birth on the 9th) and Head Office has still not allocated my EFT to Vaal Mall branch? I do understand that it is a rather complicated Administrative process, but with technology today I would expect more. Thank you to Ernst for handling this matter SO WELL on behalf of Head Office, and for going the extra mile to make up for the inconvenience they are causing. Well done! |
