| Every month I collect my and my husbands medication from Dischem. Every month there is something out of stock. Our medication is not as such that you cannot take it for a couple of days, we have been warned never to skip a day....but whenever you go and collect there is (like clockwork) always something out of stock. Went again yesterday and will have to go back on Monday after not taking our medication for 3 days! Always out of stock is Aropax 25CR....and you cannot collect earlier because then the medical aid throws the claim out! Our scripts have been handed in there so we just have to go every month. Extremely frustrating! | |||

Hello boschbosch, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. Unfortunately the medication prescribed to you is currently out of stock from the supplier GSK and has been for the last 3 months. There is no stock available in the country. Danie Marx the Dispensary Manager has been in contact with the supplier who confirms stock should be available again in January. In the meantime, Danie has been in touch with your Dr. to arrange a suitable alternative to this medication. I believe that Danie has also been in touch with you to dicuss this issue and a solution and I trust you are satisfied with the outcome. Kind regards Diana Andre |
