| My boyfriend and I went to Dis-chem on Saturday, as we do most of our shopping there on a monthly basis. There was a problem with the card machine and we had to pay cash... BUT that was not a problem at all! She tried the FNB card at another machine, but got so caught up in a conversation with another cashier, that she completely ignored me when I asked her (& I do not speak softly) if the card worked. I then asked her if she still has my Dischem & e-bucks card, where she again just ignored me. I though I was going to lose it by that time. My boyfriend was paying so I just took the bag and walked to the entrance. When I turned around to see if he was behind me, I got the most evil / rudest stare from the cashier!!! This is unacceptable for customers to be treated like this. | |||
