Meds not delivered

To whom it may concern

At around 11am this morning (28 Nov), I called the Norwood branch (spoke to Angelique) to order some medicines for delivery. I gave Angelique my credit card details which was debited. At around 13:30, the driver arrived at our house with the medicines and a cash receipt. He insisted that he could not give my wife her medication (which she needed urgently) unless she paid for them. While my wife and I were trying to call the Norwood branch to confirm this, the driver had left. I finally managed to get through and spoke to Miranda (as Angelique was on lunch) and explained the situation. Miranda told me that she would call the driver and tell him to turn back and give us our meds. At 14:15 I called again and spoke to Hugh from dispensary (as both Angelique and Miranda were on lunch). Hugh said he would follow up with the driver for me and call me back. It is now 15:30 and I am still waiting for the medicines. This is ridiculous!!! My suggestion... Get your driver's acts together - the way they treat YOUR clients is disgusting!

Thank you for contacting us and for bringing this matter to our attention. We certainly take such feedback very seriously and we are most disappointed to hear that your experience was not as pleasant as we hoped it to be. I believe that Suri the Dispensary Manager has been in contact with you and I believe that this matter has been resolved. The medication was delivered to you however the driver was not informed that the medication was already paid for and he refused to wait for Mrs Levy to make a phone call to Norwood. Suri will take the necessary action in the store to rectify the situation and to prevent this incident from happening in future.
