Good day, I went to Dis-Chem Northgate to purchase a 100ml Dunhill Desire EDT at the advertised price of R395,00. When I asked the assistant for help I was told that it was a misprint and the price was for the 50ml. My wife asked for the manager/supervisor. An unnamed lady told her that she was the manger/supervisor & bluntly told my wife that there was nothing they could do. My wife also overheard the same manager/supervisor tell a staff member to 'tell them that we are sold out' The advertised prices in the brochure are valid from the 5th to 24th December 2011. |

Unfortunately due to popular demand most Dis-Chem stores no longer have stock available of Dunhill Desire 100ml fragrance. I have brought this matter to the attention of the Regional Cosmetics Manager Sandra Pires who was able to source the product from another store. I believe that Desiree the Cosmetics Manager from Northgate has been in contact with you and you will collect the product. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. | Over the Moon: Apologies for my late feedback as I was on holiday. I would like to congratulate Dischem on the manner in which my complaint was handled. I received a call from Desiree at Dischem Northgate on the day I laid my complaint advising me that they had ordered a bottle of cologne for me and they would give it to me at the advertised price. The next day I received another call advising me that the cologne was ready for my collection. I collected at the store and paid the advertised price. thank you | |||
