| In October last year I bought a new car and insured it with V-Plus Insurance Brokers. At the beginning of this year I decided to shop around and sent a sms to Dial Direct to call me. Minutes later I was phoned by a gentleman with the name Shashi Balram. Shashi was very professional and courteous. He was patient through out the process even when I was not available due to my hectic schedule. It was an absolute breeze getting my car insured with Dial Direct - thanks to Shashi! As a result, in a week's time I will gladly refer to him a lead - my wife's contact details so she can insure with Dial Direct as well. | |||
