This is the second time I've had a vehicle accident claim in a short period of time with Dial Direct (both of which weren't my fault). From the moment of the accident that my poor car was towed away to the finalisation of the claim was a relatively painless exercise. I received my courtesy vehicle the day after the accident. My car was assessed within a day, and the claim finalised in just over 3 days. All the staff I spoke to at Dial Direct was very friendly and helpful, in particular Juan and Nerishia (I think that was her name) who handled the claim swiftly and efficiently. I just hope the actual repair of my vehicle will go as smoothly as the claim process! Thanks Dial Direct! |
