I contacted my insurance company to negotiate a discount on the annual increase. Craig treated me with great respect, and I just want to say Thank You for your great service! The discount is a welcome relief! Craig also notified me that my 'Bucks Back Bonus' would be on its way to me soon! The timing couldn't be better! THANK YOU!!!

Not Impressed: I contacted Dial Direct again today (Fri. 10 Feb. 2012), and spoke to Rafika. It appears that Mr Craig Bergover gave me the wrong info regarding my 'Bucks Back Bonus'. He clearly told me that I could expect a payment in my account this week. I asked him if he was sure about that, because I knew that it would only be paid in 2 years from now (2014). He said he was sure, and I left it at that.  I checked my account this week, and no payment was made. I'm disappointed, but not angry at him.
