| Not Impressed: I contacted Dial Direct again today (Fri. 10 Feb. 2012), and spoke to Rafika. It appears that Mr Craig Bergover gave me the wrong info regarding my 'Bucks Back Bonus'. He clearly told me that I could expect a payment in my account this week. I asked him if he was sure about that, because I knew that it would only be paid in 2 years from now (2014). He said he was sure, and I left it at that. I checked my account this week, and no payment was made. I'm disappointed, but not angry at him. | |||
