Quality Service

I have been insured with Dial Direct for the last 4 years and never in my experience did I have the opportunity to enquire with a Call Center Agent who was enthusiastic to assist me. I am impressed with the quality of service and efficiency displayed by Muzi. He is a very calm and knowledgeable person to deal with who made sure excellent customer service was rendered.

I guess it is my lucky day to have been put in Muzi's call center que.

I hope Dial Direct with continue with this level of service in their call center.
