The day I submitted a request for quotation on dial directs website I received a call literally 10seconds after submitting the online form. During the call, the service and assistance received from Samual was excellent and very professional! I asked Samual to contact me the following day (Saturday) at 10am as I wanted to obtain a few additional quotes to compare prices. After doing a comparison between 3 companies Dial Direct did not only give me a very competitive rate but by far the best service. I am now a happy Dial Direct customer with great piece of mind and can rest knowing my insurance is in good hands! I recommend Dial Direct to any new or existing insurance holders. |
