i insured my bike with dial direct.but before i did that i sent please call me,s to several insurance companies and dial direct was the first to respond.i signed up with them over the phone and that was that.a week later there was a querie that i had so i called them and during the call,my airtime got finished.i was surprised when dial direct called me back and that to me is going the extra mile.also.i had two debit orders that came out of my account and the lady on the phone was very patient and friendly and took her time in explaining me why it was debited twice.if dial direct keeps up the little things they do to make their customers smile,then they will surely go a long way and i can tell you now that i will surely recomend dial direct to my family and friends and will definitly insure all my stuff with them. keep up the good work guys |
