I was annoyed at the fact that underwriters call to update info and firstly dont inform you of how long its going to take (took more than a half an hour) then increase my premium after a premium increase a couple of months ago and failed to inform me that they would deduct the premium on the 20th of the month when I am only paid on the 25th then send me an sms saying contact us if you want to change this and then run the debit order anyway after I responded that I want it changed. Eventually I was put through to Delano who's service was good and he managed to decrease the premium without changing my cover. Makes you wonder why the approach from Dial Direct Insurance isnt to assist in that way to begin with. They retained a customer today because of Delano and his professional mannerism. |
