| DISAPOINTED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE POOREST SERVICE REGARDING MY CAR WHICH WAS IN AN ACCIDENT LAST YEAR,DIAL DIRECT REFFERED ME TO ONE OF THEIR PANNEL BEATERS OR SHOULD I SAY THEIR INTERGORATER,AFTER A LONG TIME OF STRUGGLING TO GET IN CONTAT WITH HIM AS HE WAS NOT RESPONDING TO MY VOICEMAILS,ULTIMATLY HE DID HIS SO CALLED ASSESMENT N TOLD ME THAT OTHER THINGS WHERE OLD DAMAGES,HE WAS SO UNCOMPETANT AND ARROGANT I HAD TO POINT EVERYTHING THAT WAS FAULTY(VERY OBVIOUS THINGS,I CALLED DIAL DIRECT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS BUT OL I FOUND WAS SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THAT SIR WE WILL TRY AND RESOLVE THAT AND GET BACK TO YOU WHICH NEVA HAPPEND I STAYED WITHOUT MY CAR FOR NEARLY 2MONTHS,DIDNT EVN GET A COURTASY CAR,I LOST BUSINESS. MY AIRCONITIONER#ITS FREAKEN HOT N I TRAVEL A LOT#,FRONT LEFT LIGHT,NOICE THAT THE CAR MAKES WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL IS TURNED,LIGHTER,VISIBLE SCRATCH ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE FRONT DOOR,THERMOSTART SENSOR,SILL NOT CORRECTED N I STIL COL N GET THE OLD LAME RESPOND OF"WE WIL LOOK INTO IT N GET BACK TO YOU"*****ON TOP OF IT OL I GOT A MAIL THIS WEEK SAYING MY PREMIUMS IS GNA B INCREASED FROM R2300 TO R2900 IS THIS A STUPID JOKE?DIAL DIRECT WHERE IS UA SERVICE DELIVER???? | |||

UTTERLY DISGUSTED STILL NO PROGRESS ABT THIS,HAVE BEEN CONTACTED THE 2ND DAY OF MY REPORT WS IMPRESSD BUT OL PROMISES N NO DELIVERY AS OLWAYS,I STIL HV 2 COL&NAG EVERY1 2DO THEIR JOBS. WHAT HAPPEND TO:1st&foremost, from the moment your claim is lodged with us,we will manage the repair process so you can carry on with your day.We’ll source the necessary quotes, assess which is best, authorise the repair and let you know which panelbeater will be repairing your insured vehicle.THAT U PROMISE? |
