QUOTE COSTED ME R500

During December I called Dial Direct for a quote. I received a well-favoured quotation until I read the small print. I immediately told the call centre I dont like their quote and to my horror they deducted R500 for admin fee. Please DONT EVER call these people.

Utterly Disgusted: Got a call and was promised that the refund to be done asap. Today is Friday(3 days after the call) and no refund. Impressive in calling back but no delivery. I am disapointed...very disapointed!!!
