Last year June/July I phoned the call centre to revise my monthly installment and asked for a date when my outback bonus will be paid out I was told by the consultant that it will be on the 08th February 2012, on the 16th of January 2012 I phoned in again to report a small accident and again was told my outback bonus will be paid out on the 08th of February 2012. As I did not claim for the small accident I was under the impression that my outback bonus will be paid out on the 08th of February 2012 as I was told this twice. Today I phoned in to find out why the bonus has not been paid out and I was told that it will only be on the 12th of March 2012. :( :( Not good news at all! Yesterday was the 4year anniversary of my policy, guess I have to celebrate it now by getting new qoutes for insurance as to were I actually wanted to book a holiday for myself and my 1year old son :(. The only yada yada I've heard was from people given wrong information and not once but TWICE! |
