No feedback

I refer to my complaint dating back to December, the response from Dial Direct was that someone would be in contact with me which was not true because I received no call. Please I need my excess back that was said I would get back, its not fair, I am the one that was rear ended! I want this resolved please! I don't know who to call or email regarding this because Natasha simply doesn't reply or give me any feedback. Please I don't want to change insurance but I can't battle like this anymore! Dial Direct please stop letting your clients down :-(
