I was insured with Dial Direct for a long time. in 2010 when I saw the advertisement about "no yada yada on tv. I asked them when am I getting my money because I have never claimed since I have been insured with them??? They told me in November 2011. I asked how much they said R13 000. In January 2011 i started in a new company so my pay date changed from 20th to 25th. i called Dail Direct and told them to change the day of the stop order. In December 2011, i realise that there was no R13 000 in my account from them. so i called them and asked what happened. the person that i spoke to told me that it will be paid on the 15 th December 2011. i then proceeded to make my Christmas plans based on that. come December after the 22nd and there was still no money. i called them and they told me that i have forfeited that money because my December instalment didn't go through, they made the deduction on the 20th and it didnt go through. i asked them why did they take money before my pay date and they told me that it was not changed, it was still on the 20th. i believe that this is just a BIG ****. | Utterly Disgusted: Dial Direct Insurance are true robbers...they take people's money and when they are supposed to pay...they give all excuses!!! they should not be in business!!!! YOU ARE VERY UNFAIR-******!!! | |||
