Hi I had an accident with my one car the service from Dialdirect was very bad they promise to let the assesor monitor my car repairs never happend. The car had to go back three times to the panelbeater they told me to go to. I had to battel to get the car their and back every time. They didn't even phone me to tell me when my car had to go in, the panelbeater phoned me and ask when will I bring in my car. I phoned them in Dec 2011 to cancel my policy No feed back I went to My-Way and paid two premies already and two at Dialdirect. On the 29th Jan I send a message to cancel my policy with you with immediate affect due to bad service. They phone me on the Monday the 30th and said someone will phone me to assist to cancel my policy, needless to say nobody called me.
