I was involved in an accident in November 2011. The person who caused the accident sped off. Dial Direct legal department agreed to trace the number plate and to take steps to recover my losses. No action was taken by Dial Direct in this regard. At least 5 follow up calls was made to Dial Direct. They made agreements to take action, but to date no results. This time delay I fear has weakened my probability of success in recovering this damage. |
