EXESSIVE PREMIUM INCREASE

I have comprehensive motor vechile cover with Dial Direct. I have just been advised that my premium will be increasing with 18 %. This is exessive since the value of the vehicle has been reduced and the exess payable has increased from R 2500 to R 2975. I have a claim free history as well.
