| I submitted a claim after lightning struck my house. 3 of my appliances started given problems. The claim was registered on 14 January 2012. An assesment company was assigned to my case. After phoning them they explained that they do not deal in white goods at all. So I contacted Thadi at Dial Direct and she gave me a company by the name of Delta. I had to take time off work to meet Delta at my house twice. They gave a report through to Thadi without even looking at my fridge and returned my microwave oven broken totally. I spoke to Thadi and then was given another company to check my appliances. The current company has been out to me and again had to take time off work to meet them there. I still havnt heard anything from Thadi. I phoned today 08-02-2012 and Thadi said I must phone them myself. It has been 25 days and I am no closer to an outcome than when I lodged the claim. | |||
