I have been with Dial direct for many years and have two motor vehicles insured with Dial direct. I received a letter stating that my premiums will be increasing by R800 odd per month from April this year. This despite the fact that I have never made a claim and they obviously reduce the book value of the insured vehicles each year. I would love to know how Dial Direct can justify such massive increase when they are covering a lower value asset. Then to add insult to injury they are increasing the amount of the excess payable. In my mind they are just ripping off their loyal customers. Well you are about to lose one of your customers and I plan to warn all potential clients of this money making insurance company. I will return to my broker who looks after my interests. At least that way my premiums will stay the same or reduce with the reduction in my vehicle value. |
