| My wife is on maternity leave and has been having endless problems with this brance to get paid from UIF. I have been speaking to Mr Diedericks and there always seems to be a problem. i went there 6 weeks ago and spoke to Angela, i asked her if all the documents are correct and in order. She said YES. last week i call to confirm progress, they say that they need a resupmtion date for my wifes last maternity leave. Now they want resumption date for my wifes first maternity leave. I was told by three different woman that they have not received any monies from UIF after applying at this branch. they had to go to work early just to feed their families. IS THIS A SCANDAL BY THE DEPARTMENT. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR POPLE. I called this department today and i the guy that i spoke to dropped the call while i was still talking to him-WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE??? | |||
