I was on martenity Leave from July to November 2011. from where I work they only pay 2 months and the other 2 months which is unpaid I claimed from UIF(Department of Labour). I got the other money but not all everytime I call the department of labour (benoni) they told me I needed to submit documents on which I did about three times and the they told me they have no response from the Pretoria Office. They then Logged a call to fix in the system so the payment will go through but I haven't heard anything from the Pretoria Office .its been over 6 weeks now I don't know what is what and I still dont have my money I don't even know who is responsible all Im worried about is the debt that I am in I couldn't pay for my car installment because of this. Please Please help!! Busisiwe |
