I was informed that I would get a payout within 60 days from the Cape Town Compensation Pension office. As the 60day deadline is approaching(11 July 2011). I am trying to get feedback that the appropriate documentation submitted on the 13 May 2011 in Cape Town has in fact been documented and Pretoria head office are issuing payment accordingly. I have just been informed by the Pretoria office that they may not issue a backdated payment. I have had no emailletter informing me of this change in legislation. I am expecting a call from the Supervisor Mathubi per my call with Maria whom I spoke half an hour ago. I am exhausted from being pushed pillow to post and nobody can give you an answer, Cape Town or Pretoria. Is it really so difficult to get a valid response from the appropriate department as to where you stand when you make a valid claim? |
