| I was suppose to get my UIF for maternity leave in September 2011. They can't give me an answer why I don't get paid out. They (Vredenburg) said the hold up is with the Cape Town office, Cape Town gives them the blame for documents not received. After about 50 calls and 2 months later I still don't have an answer and the complaints is still the same. Try to get somebody to help me at Cape Town branch but the 2 ladies numbers I received never answer their phones in two months time. It is like walking into a wall. I pay my UIF every month and this is the services I get back from the Dept of Labour. They never phone you back when they said they will. | |||
