I applied for UIF benefits if June2011. I appealed to the outcome end of July 2011. Until today I did not received any feedback after I twice registered the appeal to the Regional Appeal Committee in Pretoria. After many enquiries at the Worcester branch, (Ms Xoia? and Mr Amos) and the Pretoria branch they keep telling me to wait for a letter of feedback. I want to know if any feedback will take so long, the answer is to wait because there are many people that wait for their outcomes. I am very disappointed for the service at the Worcester branch for they are irritated and not willing to help me, Mr Amos promised to let me know what he found out, but I'm still waiting. Mostly when I try to phone no one answered the phone. For how long do I have to wait, I need the contact details of the ombudsman for the department of Labour, for this is not the way to treat a person who contribute to the UIF for 30years. |
