IF WE CANT TRUST GOVERNMENT....NOW WHAT!!!

My wife has been retrenched from february this year, exactly 6 months ago. We have approached the department of Labor to assist with the submission of UIF documents. This was done in March. We were that we had the incorrect documents andf that we need to come back. So my wife, went and corrected every document and went back. She sits in the cue for 3 hours and then their systems go offline. Instead of been sympathetic to the public, the staff at Sandton office in Malboro did not give a dam, but sat and laughed and carried drinking tea. No supervisor or management approached anyone to apologize. Then she goes back and they state that the cables were stolen. Then she goes back and sits for another 2 hours, and yet again they say sorry, systems are offline. And this is Goverment we talking about. How can an unemployed person survive with service like this. what is the next step, who do we contact.
