Good Day . I was on maternty leave and i took 2 months unpaid leave.I went to the labour department in roodepoort and submitted all my forms .I waited the normal 4-6 weeks and no money was paid to me.I phoned to ask what was happening and i was put through to a guy by the name of Vusi as he is the one that deals with the file.He was very rude with me and it sounded as if he did not want to assist me .However i gave him my id number and he told me that my cliam was declined as there was some letter that i needed from my previous employer stating on what date i returned from maternity leave with my first child.I got the letter and i send it off to them i phoned and spoke Vusi again and once again he was rude to me . He told me that it will go on the system by it self and that i need to phone round about the 27th of December i have been phoning since that day and they not answering the phones.I really think that they **** and i will take it further if i am not given a valid reason if they declined it again as i have done my part so why cant they do the same.I want someone senior to phone me and tell me what they going to do about my situation.If not i am going to the papers. |
