HEADLINE	Requezst for a Cnfirmation Letter
We submitted a request for a confirmation letter at the Vanderbijlpark home affairs is 18th October 2011. Due to the fact that the request was urgent I was advised by the home affairs call center(Case No:1111035989) to write a motivation letter which I did. To date we have not received the letter and as a result the family could forfeit the deceased pension money for which they need the confirmation letter to claim.I have been making follow up almost every week at the call center, but all I get is empty promises each time. Add a new Department of Home Affairs Report Inappropriate report?
